18.4k posts, and his only two comments are those.

I can’t say I’ve ever been to classes that have that issue or have heard anyone with a similar complaint.
If it’s really that much of a problem for your specific school, class, or just you (for some reason), then it can easily be remedied with a power strip, or several if that’s really how bad it is.
I’m reluctant to take your word at face value, though. Lots of hyperbole going on on these forums.

Somebody already mentioned that, and I mentioned how all the communities are all locked and literally only the bot can post.
- Comment on Are there any bots that we can use to mirror posts from subreddits? 13 hours ago:
That’s not true. There’s one bot that routinely posts to news communities called “MicroWave” and there are consistently people engaging with its posts.
Most people don’t even recognize it’s a bot.

For a most niches on lemmy, there aren’t alternative communities that are more active.

Revolution should be the result of wealth inequality.

As I’ve said before, these communities already have nobody engaging in them. Hiding posts from bots will also hide posts from this bot.
- Comment on Are there any bots that we can use to mirror posts from subreddits? 18 hours ago:
Thanks. This is interesting, but it looks like all of the communities are locked and only the bot gets to post.
I’m also referring to something that just copies the posts, but doesn’t include the comments for either side.
- Comment on Are there any bots that we can use to mirror posts from subreddits? 18 hours ago:
It probably doesn’t make much sense to mirror /r/technology to /c/technology since that community is already popular and self-sustaining on lemmy.
There are countless other ‘niche’ communities that have no posts for months, however. There already isn’t anyone engaging in these communities and it’s unlikely that that will change because nobody wants to manually make posts that next to nobody is going to see. It’s cyclical.

Nothing really wrong with florida.
I say this, because I’ve come across genuine morons who live in Texas and have the nerve to scoff at florida while ignoring their shithole state and the one directly to the east of it.

People with garages big enough for a nice car
What the fuck? I can tell you don’t have a garage, because for 99% of them size isn’t going to impact the ‘niceness’ of the car you can have in it.
Challenge: People who lived in major cities understanding that there’s more to life than what goes on in them.
Level: Impossible.

Or maybe talk to manufacturers who won’t sell a basic EV that isn’t overpriced?
This is huge. Keep in mind, every additional bullshit “feature” in your car will end up costing you more than it costs the business.
This is why we’ve been conditioned to accept so much superfluous bullshit as possible.

Yes, and gas cars are too expensive.
Workers aren’t buying new cars unless they need to.

Have you seen America? It’s huge.
There’s also way more to America than the metropolitan cities you’ve been conditioned to prioritize.

Don’t get me wrong, most of them spend money like morons while complaining they need more.
However, electric vehicles are still just too expensive of an investment to justify to the average American.
This could probably be fixed if the leeches maximizing profit off of them made less profit, but why would they do that unless they’re forced to?

No, it’s the price.

You can plug it into an outlet to power it.
