Absolute masterpiece.
Also, for any HOMM3 fans who were unaware, GOG also lets you download Horn of the Abyss, a fantastic fan-made expansion that adds a lot of content, working multiplayer lobbies, and a lot of QoL enhancements (simultaneous turns until you encounter another player, quick combat to bypass trivial fights, enhanced menus, etc).

Real talk, you can't. Or at least there is no "nurotypicals hate this one simple trick" solution.
Your real best bet is to talk to your supervisor about how you do your best work when you don't need to socialize. And as such would prefer to either work from home, or be moved to a workspace away from high traffic areas.
