  The Indian right wing has trump-level immunity at this point. They can (and are) doing what they want. Just read up on the E20 fuel debacle, and how not a single media outlet reports the negatives.

  Not an expert by any means but slow charging is better for your battery than fast charging. Although, I don’t expect a steady, stable voltage from a damaged cable, which is always bad.
