I’m appalled on how she was treated. I hope that throughout this whole ordeal she met kind people that treated here with decency and humanity.
Also, if that’s how the US treat its own citizens imagine how people being arrested by Trumps immigration police are being treated. Scary times.

Psychosis is a horrible, horrible illness. The thing that people don’t realise is that anyone with a brain can develop psychosis no matter how healthy you are. It debilitates and can literally ruin not only that persons life but also their families.
I salute this father for fighting for his son and for looking for answers even after this tragedy.

Thank you for that. Even though he died, he has won. Look at the amount of hatred he has nourished. Furthermore, I don’t believe his death will bring any justice to the people he impacted with his hatred. While I see people celebrating, I’m terrified.
Terrified this is how things are at the moment. If you can celebrate the death of Charlie, it means you have it in you to celebrate anyone’s else given a motive. And I think that is The first step of the dehumanisation process he so fondly used.

If we think about the applications of the technology to the benefit of someone’s health I think it’s really cool.
Needless to say it does pose a risk to our privacy and data security if used with an intention to monitor ones health without their consent.

In a world where private health care is the norm, yes. In a country with Public health care is the main provider of health it isn’t.

This is so bad. Labour leadership been banging all about how they are trying to be responsible with all these policies they are implementing and then things like this keep happening.
- Comment on Billionaire Mark Zuckerberg writes a manifesto on bringing "personal superintelligence" to everyone to improve humanity, but doesn't even define what superintelligence means. 7 months ago:
Sure. We can all trust Zuckerberg to help improve humanity. He has the credentials! Look how much we have improved in the last 15 years Facebook is a thing. Is not like Meta contributed to Genocide, election interference, the rise of conspiracy theorists, sold our data to the highest bidder etc etc /s
- Comment on Sounded great when I was young 7 months ago:
Doesn’t apply to lesbians or 45 year old women who still don’t want to get married or don’t regret the choices they were free to make.
