Thankfully we have large vehicles that can drive around vehicle sized devices, and if you’re looking for ridiculous amounts of power, have I got something to tell you about datacenters…

Or reword what they’re saying. I don’t get that at all. I’ll repeat myself once if someone doesn’t hear me, if they still don’t get it I’ll say it louder but also use different words so they have more information, or in case the problem wasnt that they didn’t hear me but that they didn’t understand.
- Comment on Is Flappy Bird a good game? 1 day ago:
I mean personally I would trust the rando who puts it up for free online more than I would trust epic games to make an accurate version, but like I said I don’t have enough of a memory to accurately judge. I also like that the online one doesn’t have ads or purchases.
- Comment on Is Flappy Bird a good game? 2 days ago:
Seems to be many versions playable online in your phone browser.
flappybird.io There’s one that seems functional. I never played the original more than once or twice so idk how accurate it is but it seems to match my memory. - Comment on Is this accurate, Canadians? 6 days ago:
Yeah, the teachers always made sure to put out the joints before going back to class at my school. I still say that telling all the students there was a pet skunk in the teachers lounge that we weren’t allowed to see was cruel and unnecessary though.

Yeah the spider verse movies were pretty fucking awesome, it’d be great to see like a punisher movie in that vein, or maybe the suicide squad movies would have been less terrible like that. Honestly I can see a lot of mid superhero movies being made wayyy better just by animating then instead.

Skunks smell fine, they just have the ability to spray predators with a scent that smells fucking awful. The skunk itself doesn’t usually smell like that though, and if they aren’t afraid for their life they’re actually super friendly cuddly creatures. They’re like cats with a stinkbomb cannon.

God I hate the label ‘gifted’ so fucking much. Ever since I was a kid. All I can think when I hear that is “oh yeah? You think it’s such a gift, you try having my mind for a week”. The fucking depression and alienation and isolation of being neurodivergent is never mentioned or considered, just “oh you were a quiet kid and got As in school, you must have such a gift”.

- Comment on Why are we not getting stress relief games where we take our stresses out on normal people? 4 weeks ago:
But that’s the point, the only reason you would need to ‘cause chaos’ is because you’re willfully subjecting yourself to a shitty environment. That’s like getting yourself thrown in jail just because it would be super satisfying to break out. Just leave the bullshit in the outside world, don’t take it home with you and concoct weird revenge fantasies about it.

Use an old laptop or minipc with an air remote, that’s what I do and it’s way better than any of the tv box alternatives. I’ve got an easy to control cursor, media buttons, and there’s a full keyboard on the back of the remote. No more messing with stupid on screen keyboards. Would never go back to regular ‘SmartTV’ apps or features.
- Comment on Which is it?. 5 weeks ago:
Idk man you’re right, cooked broccoli is still good even with the pubes but have you ever tried to eat a raw piece of broccoli by itself? I prefer raw veggies and the pubes are just intolerable to me personally. Even cooked I think the stalk is better but definitely when it’s raw I can’t stand the pubes.
- Comment on Which is it?. 5 weeks ago:
Ew I don’t understand pube eaters at all (with regards only to broccoli, I don’t always mind a nice bush). The broccoli florets or whatever are so dry and end up tasting bitter and just taking forever to eat. I only like the shaft but the shaft is probably better than cucumber in terms of a nice crispy veggie that you can just bite into and chew raw. Raw broccoli florets are inedible unless you have like a liter of ranch which kinda defeats the purpose.
- Comment on Let's take a moment to remember the time period when everyone had to adjust to using dual-joysticks on controllers. 5 weeks ago:
I always turn that off. Being used to a mouse I always turned my right stick sensitivity WAAYY up so I could aim quickly, but the aim assist would always throw off my muscle memory for how far/long to pull the stick. Then I tried gyro/touchpad aiming for shooters and couldn’t get the hang of it, I like playing with the deck resting on something, I can’t just hold it in the air the whole time I’m playing. Now I just play shooters on PC and everything else on steam deck.

Back paddles like the steamdeck or steam controller has are a godsend for any game where you have to run, jump, and shoot at the same time. Or any other combination of actions. I don’t think I could go back to not having access to those. I don’t remap them for every game but the times I have its made those games so much better.

That guy is just the coolest person ever. Every time I hear his name its some new fucking based shit. His music as The Flashbulb is my favorite music of all time. He has unbelievable range and creativity as an artist and was one of the first people to fight against music labels going after torrenters/downloaders. He uploaded all his own torrents to a private tracker. Just an awesome fucking person who obviously just wants the best for everyone.
- Comment on people with ADHD self-medicate with amphetamine, overly sensitive empaths self-medicate with alcohol, what does people with OCD self-medicate with? 1 month ago:
I disagree that having a tripsitter present makes it not self-medication. If the substance isn’t being prescribed or administered by the third party, and they aren’t medical professionals then it’s still self-administered even if there’s a third party there. So then it becomes a question of intent. Why are they taking it? If it’s because it helps or treats some aspect of themselves that they are unhappy with then it’s medication. I’m genuinely curious why you’d think hallucinogens wouldn’t fit into that category, or if it’s just the presence of a trip sitter that you think negates the medicinal aspect.
- Comment on people with ADHD self-medicate with amphetamine, overly sensitive empaths self-medicate with alcohol, what does people with OCD self-medicate with? 1 month ago:
Amphetamine is speed, it’s not the same as meth and is prescribed alot for ADHD(or other similar chemicals). Meth actually can be prescribed for ADHD but isnt usually. Lots of undiagnosed people with ADHD self medicate with all kinds of stimulants, amphetamine, dexamphetamine, methylphenidate… Idk why you think they wouldn’t, these pills are widely available and for people without a prescription they offer the relief they need so badly so of course they’re gonna self medicate with them. I’ve known people who self medicated with caffeine pills or energy drinks if they didn’t have an alternative. I’d bet a lot of people who end up addicted to meth started out because it helped their neurodivergence.
- Comment on Games you really want to play, but can't or won't? 1 month ago:
Just get it from an alternative source and play it locally. That’s more fun anyway and far too few games still have split screen coop.
