As it should be. Forced Arbitration is never to the advantage to the consumer
- Comment on ! Mastodon new ToS from July 1has a binding abbreviation wave !!r 1 day ago:
Then why did you knowingly put a bullshit arbitration clause in the ToS that's unenforceable in Germany?
- Comment on ! Mastodon new ToS from July 1has a binding abbreviation wave !!r 1 day ago:
This binding arbitration bullshit is unenforceable in Germany anyways for end users
- Comment on Trump says UK is protected from tariffs ‘because I like them’ as trade deal is signed off 3 days ago:
So they're protected somewhere between 2 hours and 4 years?
Remember the NAFTA-Deal he negotiated and then called one of the worst deals he has ever seen?

Don't forget that ASML is only possible due to many suppliers which are also unique in being able to supply such high quality parts. Example given Zeiss for Mirrors

Munich is governed by Social Democrats. Don't mix it up with the Bavarian state government

Data security is important.
The problem is every lazy asshole in IT or Management uses it as an excuse for everything if they don't want to do something

That's usually for Cyclists. The rest of Europe also has their traffic lights on the right side without the smaller light

The French don't put their traffic lights on the wrong side of the intersection

If you yell slogans of denying Israel's right to exist, or show support of Hamas your Demo will get banned. Correct.
But Demos in support of Palestine are allowed. There is one every week in my town
- Comment on A new Europe community for discussing current events, news, and just content relating to Europe 4 weeks ago:
You know that you can look up the posts in the Modlog?
You claimed that protests against Palestine were banned. Which is absolutely not true

I think it was states banning the cities doing it. Like Tennessee, being bribed lobbied by AT&T and others doing so

That's why where I am from you usually need a clearance from a psychiatrist that there are no psychological issues in eating habits that would render that surgery useless, before the surgeon is allowed to do it
- Comment on doctors 5 weeks ago:
People love to claim that doctors don't take fat patients seriously and complain when they tell them to loose weight.
In the Fediverse there are also some Nutjobs who will claim that being morbidly obese isn't unhealthy and that those doctors just don't have a clue if they think it is unhealthy

The Swiss make their own Tobleronestyle chocolate since Mondelez has crappy ingredients and produces in Slovakia. It's way better and cheaper

Well, maybe your family called for a bullshit emergency.
The wait times for actual life threatening emergencies are low. But the data is public, take a look for yourself. It's the same when somebody complains about long wait times in the ER. If they had to wait a long time, it wasn't an emergency. Simple as that.
Here is a video that explains it to non-medical people how it works
And here the data about ambulance wait times in the UK

If you have an heart attack they are there in ~8 Minutes

- Comment on America is fucked 2 months ago:
You don't need an extra lane, if the traffic on your side moves to his right side and the other side moves to their right side, there would be plenty space in the middle for the ambulance to pass
- Comment on America is fucked 2 months ago:
That's all garbage from big chains and Multinationals (Kamps, Harrys, Rewe and Backwerk)
- Comment on America is fucked 2 months ago:
There was plenty of space in the video to move the car out of the way. Maybe you would need to stop for a minute because you're parking close to the curb/car but more than enough for the ambulance to pass
