Two come to mind but I don’t think their “wow I’m a girl and that’s what I wanted!” as much as they become comfortable and accept themselves.
“Life with an Ordinary Guy Who Reincarnated into a Total Fantasy Knockout” and one of the OGs, “Ranma 1/2”…
though the latter may not completely count, in the later seasons Ranma becomes much more comfortable in his female form.

I’m still enjoying it. One of the better isekais out there right now. It’s not perfect and a bit formulaic at times but the art, setting and character designs are quite good.
If you’re looking for an amazing story that would win a Pulitzer, keep looking, but if you want an entertaining weekly show to dive in to, it’s been good.

I really liked Reborn to Master the Blade even though quite a few people don’t. It’s a funny “overpowered MC” isekai that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

In the series, Jinshi is hot, Maomao is plain (though she can be stunning with makeup and a dress, but 99% of the times she’s very plain). They have a thing for each other (Maomao just hasn’t admitted it yet)
