  Agreed. What? I’ve never seen a study stating this. And anecdotally, it worked fine for me, once I found the right therapist, the first two were meh, not a good fit.

  Ugh, wish my doc had been concerned about my drinking when it was a problem. Nope. I went in with insomnia problems, and explicitly told him I also have a drinking problem, and he prescribed the max dose of extended release Ambien with a casual “oh don’t drink on this” as if I hadn’t just told him I had a problem. I used to drink every day, he thought I’d magically stop because he prescribed something for me to take every day? NOPE. Surprised I didn’t die from the alcohol + Ambien combo because I didn’t realize how bad it truly was to mix those.

  Pure water isn’t a good conductor, it needs other stuff mixed in to be a good conductor. Not sure why they deleted their comment. They weren’t the one being pedantic, they were complaining that other people in this thread had no sense of humor for calling out the mistake in the original pic.

  I can do pretty much every joint aside from hips and elbows. The loudest are my messed up shoulders from when I used to swim competitively. I’ve had multiple doctors tell me it’s the loudest shoulder pop they’ve ever heard.

  Yea, I should’ve clarified, was just throwing out a simple option if anyone hadn’t heard of that yet, it was easier than setting up openvpn or something on my router. You can also self host Headscale on your machine if you want to have more control over it.

  I use tailscale for accessing my home network remotely, it was a super easy setup
