Teams? For my work laptop (win 11, dell) if I set a piece of metal on the trackpad it registers as a finger, and the Teams “recently active” icon stays green. Then the app on my phone to see if anyone messaged me while I’m out.

Just don’t forget to take the piece of metal off at the end of the day and accidentally stay “online” until 9pm…
