  If you haven’t played Shredder’s revenge would you maybe opt to go with Cosmic Invasion? I used to play Turtles on the arcade and it was very fun but I’d like it in a modern evolution. I asked the other contributor about the graphics. Have you felt that Shredder’s was a bit too pixelated?

  I looked Scott Pilgrim and I think that really doesn’t make my heart pump. The aesthetic isn’t very appealing to me and is not nostalgia, because I kind of like the Absolum style. Absolum just look a bit more involving game, and even maybe built for single campaigns.

  This is more of a personal taste thing but I’m not a huge fan of the combo: Open World + Single player + RPG

  If you have Open World and RPG, nowadays that calls a Multiplayer situation for me, otherwise is just a lonely journey. Despite the bad entrance and the distributors, I hope Chrono’s Odyssey has success, without the regular bullshit that we see in MMORPGs nowadays.

  Nothing against to linear game + single player + RPG. Interested to see Phantom Blade Zero and Tides of Annihilation.

  Seems to be where the world is marching. They are surpassing the US and competing in many areas. They have a large population that is starting to travel more often. They are producing large content online that is not translated. They have their own YouTube equivalent (Bilibili), etc…

  If you don’t know yet learn a second language. Chinese seems the most useful nowadays.

  Yeah, I get it. Disconnecting the TV is a must, and luckily I never even connected mine for many years. The thing is that I’m not sure that we can trust in the licensed devices either. Chromecast, Fire TV, Nvidia, etc… All of them have trackers as well. A PC or a Pi would have the limitation of streaming at maximum 1080p resolution for some streamers providers such as Netflix. It is quite a challenge!

  Honest question how do we stream from Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV, etc without connecting to the internet? Also, most of those stream require a recognized device to stream over 1080p. So basically, if you get a new TV wouldn’t you be operating it as a old TV on those terms? The alternative that I see is keeping all that you want to watch at 4k in Jellyfin or Emby (don’t use Plex it is just pushing ads) but you will need to maintain a library.
