Maybe a few bucks a month is a lot for you - that’s okay. Regardless, pretty sure you’re just trolling at this point so:

There’s no lesson to be learned dipshit. I give money to companies when I want to use their products, and I stop when I don’t. You’re not enlightened - you’re just an asshole.

What a sad little man you must be. Go virtue signal somewhere else.

I mean yeah none of that is wrong but all I said was I like gamification in learning, not that Duolingo was the best form of gamification ever presented.

I ended my sub and deleted my account when they announced they’d be replacing their contact workers with AI.
Lingonaut looks promising. And I’ve been trying out Language Transfer for Spanish. I’ve learned more about how Spanish “works” in an hour of Language Transfer than I did with months of Duolingo. I’m smacking myself for wasting the time - though I do enjoy the gamification.

It’s the University’s responsibility to act when students make reports of hurtful comments coming from a position of power.
If Negy wanted to spew his hate - he could have gone and sat his ass on the Free Speech lawn. Not his lecture hall.
- Comment on Lawsuit from University of Central Florida professor targeted for tweets survives summary judgment motions 3 days ago:
First things first, fuck this article and fuck their ugly-ass AI slop.
Secondly, I’m not gonna comment on the legality or what is protected under 1st amendment- it’s not my expertise. Negy is a piece of shit and everyone I knew who had him as a professor was glad he was gone. His hateful comments weren’t reserved for twitter - he said that shit during his lectures. I also suspect his tweets were a stunt to drum up sales for a book he published around the same time. It’s so easy to sell to conservative morons. Just say some inappropriate things, cry like a baby when the consequences of your actions appear, then hold out your hand as hicks, the sexually repressed, and just plain assholes come flocking to empty their wallets for you.

Your privacy is the same on either. But now, anyone can gain that information, not just Reddit’s investors and partners.
It’s what you write on these platforms that effects your privacy.

I’m not calling for the admins to be burned at the stake. If you don’t perceive an obviously slant in their words that’s fine - I’m sharing my take just like they’re sharing theirs.

Agreed. They support the genocide and are hiding behind the law to save face.

Admittedly I didn’t see the title. Just the caption in the image. Regardless, you seeing it different says more about you than anything else.

Ah you’re simple, sorry I didn’t realize.
I’ll repeat what someone already said, read it slow now: Hole in the wall family owned Asian cuisine is typically way better than a large corporate Asian cuisine restaurant.

Brother that’s more racist than the joke. You presumed everything based on your existing bias/prejudice.

They don’t want the MAGA morons to see how much their king is costing them.

If I had a nickel for every time someone has whined that you need to self host this, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot but still noteworthy because this is literally a self-host community.

Whichever have proof and due process. You’d think they would’ve shown some pictures of the incriminating stuff. You do do that, right? Think? Or you prefer just being told by the goons in power what’s true?
Regardless, didn’t realize you were pro-fascism. I’ll save us both some time and just block you.

Agents found cash, passports and drugs inside the club.
Scary stuff guys. The picture shows a Mexican passport (oooOoooooOooooOo be afraid), 5 bucks in cash, and what looks like allergy medicine.
So glad these cosplay SS are cleaning up our streets.

Same. That was 2 days ago and nothing yet. I’m skeptical they even have staff to complete these requests. Not sure how long I’m gonna wait before just pulling the trigger. I’m planning to scramble as much data as possible and change my address to somewhere in California but doubtful that will do much.

I’ll add 2 more that resonate with me:
- Discussions of distributing copyright material is banned. (Not actually sharing, obviously that is illegal, but they’ve banned the mere discussion of it.)
- They have not defederated from Meta’s Threads
