Love how Remedy’s game styles is right up my alley. I really hope somewhat niche nature of these games does not deter their success.

Are you using Gnome? (Workstation)
Also, though unrelated to your issue,
DXVK_FRAME_RATE
only works with DXVK (DirectX 11). RDR2 will use VKD3D (DirectX 12) or Vulkan natively. - Comment on I won a key code for life of p does anyone want it? 1 month ago:

I believe “notorious” is used in negative contexts. I was curious why Switzerland being respectful of privacy would be a bad thing.

Your post is very confusing. Is this meant to be a tutorial?
I think it would fit in linux_gaming@lemmy.world or linux_gaming@lemmy.ml more.
- Comment on OpenWrt Two will be a higher-performance router with 10 Gigabit LAN and WiFi 7 support - Liliputing 3 months ago:
I was recently looking for a decent WiFi 7 router to replace my aging Archer A6. Then, looked up the table of hardware at toh.openwrt.org and almost none of the WiFi 7 routers from mainstream brands was supported. Glad to see something first-party releasing soon. I’ll definitely buy one when it releases.

Interesting. I am using Sync for Lemmy Android client and it works. Deleted them, just in case.

Heroic Games Launcher and added to the Game Mode. Native resolution with FSR2 set to Quality preset. Most of the game ran at 25-30 FPS. Frankly, the game is quite slow-paced. Only problematic spots were the first boss fight in the forest during rain (>!Nightingale!<), and the final shootout near the end of the game (>!Andersons’ song!<), where it dipped to 17-18 FPS.

I played Alan Wake 2 last winter on my Steam Deck, fearing I would get spoilers before I build my PC. Now that I have built it, I will proceed with The Final Draft and the DLCs.
