Amateurs, I’m an AI artisté and demand big bucks for “my” art pieces. Also fuck everybody who made all the stuff that the AI stole from.

You sound like a frustrated maintainer, have you considered doing what I do with open source projects using discord as their means of communication?
Don’t take it seriously and move on.
- Comment on FLOSS communities right now 8 months ago:
Of course. Open source clients on open source operating systems connecting to self-hosted servers on private infrastructure with open source software.
As soon as open source hardware is practically available I’m never using proprietary processors ever again, I don’t care if they’re “underpowered” by computational power - All backdoored CPU’s are underpowered by my standards to verified non-backdoored CPU’s.
Maybe not everything

as relatively easily and cheaply
You pay more when using these types of software than if you hired an engineer to set up a complete forum ecosystem. Just not with money.

Par Avion. I’ll do homing pigeons before using discord.

Perhaps I was exposed to a clickbaity title and didn’t bother to read, but I seem to remember it differently. What do you think after reading the excerpt below?
However, in this case, the court noted that the defendant had never volunteered for any anti-war charities or protests. Perhaps more damningly, however, the court also pointed out that "the defendant admitted that he frequently enjoyed playing the game [PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds].
Despite acknowledging that PUBG takes place “in a virtual reality,” the cut-throat nature and gun-related violence of the hit battle royale game was seen by the court to somewhat undermine the defendant’s claim that they would be objecting on moral grounds: “The fact that the defendant […] enjoys such [a] game makes the court question whether his conscientious objection is authentic.”

Just before reading this I read about the
NorthSouth Korean Supreme Court jailing a conscientious objector to military service since he played violent video games and thus clearly adhered to the ideology of violence after all.I completely understand the average Korean not wanting to throw innocent people into a system that… Let’s just generally say they’re “not optimal for human existence”.

IIRC, yes. And then Jason Bourne fucks the CIA. And in the second movie it’s pretty much the same.

Guess you have much more insight into this than I have, so I have nothing to add. Good luck.

- Comment on Remember Palestine has broken multiple ceasefires now 9 months ago:
No, I think reasonable people understand that the situation is larger than “Palestine broke cease fires”.
- Comment on Remember Palestine has broken multiple ceasefires now 9 months ago:
No, but partial facts are a bad take when it comes to increasing understanding of a situation.
- Comment on Remember Palestine has broken multiple ceasefires now 9 months ago:
This take is so bad it’s almost comes across as a psyop to portrait conservatives in a bad light.
- Comment on I don't believe Auto Save feature in any software 9 months ago:
Auto-saving is the insurance against manually saving failing, which is the insurance against the computer or program failing.
It’s insurances all the way down, yet I’m still let down when versioning overwrites my changes.
