So it’s only a VPN if you purchase the Mullvad addon?
And without the Mullvad option, it’s not really a VPN, but rather a way to get a different IP?

I use Tailscale
Per their website, it appears to be a free VPN? tailscale.com/pricing?plan=personal
Yet they have Mullvad (another VPN) as an optional addon? That’s confusing.

In order for people to connect to it you have to give them your home IP right? The mumble server’s IP is your home IP?

The answer is no, not yes.

So two mobile devices/UIs? Did you even understand the problem?

It makes your post look like an image (low quality) instead of a link or discussion (possibly high quality).

Next Lemmy update is going to have an option to block image posts (to remove low quality meme threads). People should stop turning text posts into image posts to avoid being blocked. I also find these hybrid posts quite annoying. You’re making your post look like something it’s not.

Unfortunately, they shot themselves in the foot by responding the way they did. They basically did the job of anyone who wants them taken down and not trusted. It was probably the worst way they could have reacted. Such a tragedy to lose such a valuable website.

But people on Fiverr are probably now using AI too. So you might end up paying someone to use AI instead of just using AI yourself.

Radishes contain almost no calories
Not very amazing then, given that I need those to survive.
- Comment on I don't understand how Trump gets away with all his senial BS. How come everyone is telling him to piss off or use the constitution to shut him the hell up? 2 months ago:
It sounds like you’re getting your information from purely 1-sided sources. Look for news sources that cover the perspective of both sides. I’m not saying this as a Trump supporter.

Not everyone, but definitely you.

Lemmy is a website, not an app. It sounds like there’s a knowledge deficit on your end, in addition to you being eager to apply labels to people to make yourself feel superior. You should definitely be embarrassed by your ignorant and childish comment.
I will reiterate that there are very good & important reasons to leave platforms like Reddit, Facebook, etc. Most people are too unintelligent, ignorant, and lazy to learn about them and move away from those platforms.

That’s not really true. If something like 1-3% of recipients mark your email as spam, they’re all going to spam.

we can get random experts chiming in about interesting topics in an organic way
- In my experience, many of the people claiming to be experts on reddit are spreading misinformation. This goes for Twitter too, and probably most other large social media sites. People love to be seen as an authority on a topic.
- Reddit is anything but organic, and is getting worse and worse in this regard.
