- Comment on How often do you back up? 10 months ago:
Whenever I remember 🤣, which is usually once every week or so. My data is usually just copies of life stuff like tax documents and backup keys, so I don’t add to it often and it doesn’t change much. I do keep one local copy and one in the cloud though. I think that’s important.

- Comment on The Worst Videogames of 2023 (according to Metacritic scores) 11 months ago:
I honestly don’t understand why anyone pays attention to scores. I just look at pros and cons in the review when making decisions about whether to give something a try. I also read reviews from multiple sources, including “regular folks.”

Thanks for the suggestions! I have been using Proton until now but have been unhappy with their app situation on iOS. I am giving Skiff a try.

I don’t have a headphone jack and don’t miss it. I also don’t do much of anything on my phone though. I have a laptop for most things.

Trying to play Spiritfarer again. I had to quit the first time because the list of tasks became overwhelming. I will hopefully take it one step at a time this time.

I would recommend giving Apple Maps a try again if you’re amenable. I get the same exact information on both these days.
