When I write code where I just need to get an array with a few examples just to try something out, copilot is much quicker than copy pasting and adjusting IDs or something.

Well a huge amount of people see the car as a chore, a way to get from A to B. If they all stopped using the car streets so that they are 95% more empty, the car enthusiasts would remain on empty streets. I think that would make them safer, you would need less lanes. It would be more fun and safe to drive on empty streets and only with other driving enthusiasts who are paying more attention than someone getting from A to B. (I write this as someone who lives in a region without racetracks.)

I think you would get the copy of a copy problem. DNA in cells degrade overtime. I think with lab grown meat this is much worse than normal human aging.

Well it’s less features for less bloat.
From there it depends how much of those extra features are useful / how much you miss in stock android.

You are right. But I think EV charging generates more data than gas.

They have too many followers for that to be true. But I don’t understand why.

You could go on and get a chip that has aux output and bluetooth input so you can have that extra bit of convenience.
But it’s still bullshit to remove a feature on a phone.

Lubricant and Soap that tastes like Strawberry. Maybe the future isn’t as bad after all.

What law do you break? I know it won’t be plausible for the general public because of warranties and all that.
And some copyright things or something else will prevent repair shops from jailbreaking it for you.
But what would prevent you legally from jailbreaking your own car?
- Comment on I've noticed my boomer parents using Instagram and tik tok. I can't tell you how excited I am for them to kill those platforms like they did facebook. 8 months ago:
You can still setup your email server and send / receive emails without adds.
So lets hope that it doesn’t end in a single corporate Lemmy instance with its own fork that defederated everything else but has most of the content.

Don’t think it’s exactly Dunning Kruger. We all think about the curve of gathered knowledge and perceived knowledge.
But they didn’t even start to gather knowledge, they just respond with something that sounds truthful and fits their world view in order to feel better without doing anything.
But hey maybe that’s just my Dunning Kruger talking.

So anyway. I watched tenet dubbed.

It sounded as if you were against automation only at Amazon. But now you cleared things up.
In an ideal society the burger flippers could get the education to be Burgerflipperrobot engineers and so on, while everybody has to work less. But we already see that only a few profit from that progress.

Your comment sounds so negative. But aren’t we all heading for automation in every corner of our lives.
