Line of cocaine Vs. Line of Oreos. Which is less healthy? Discuss.
(I think the Oreos might be worse in this case)

I wouldn’t say just as toxic. I’ve found it can lead to dermopathy, a skin condition, and indeed liver damage (which isn’t unusual), but not any seriously life-threatening condition. Kava is, by all means, safer than alcohol.

I solved grocery prices by going to Aldi. The problem is not everyone has a non-American market around.

Why drink when you can use kava kava instead? It’s alcohol, but with less nausea, significantly less toxicity, less potential for interaction with other substances, and no hangover. Why wouldn’t you?

Absolutely nonsensical. It’s perfect. This is the kind of setting and plot we need to see more of.

Is it in Colorado? If it is, it’s a good thing. If not, it’s a bad thing. Right to work is a bad thing.
- Comment on Why can't someone create a public alternative to health insurance in the USA? 2 months ago:
It’s incredibly simple. Complacency. Greed takes root, nobody cares enough, and greed takes further and further root. The US has constructed its society into one where it is entirely normalised for someone to see a homeless person, and say “they earned it”.
Healthcare–and, by extension, everything else–will only change, when the people work to make that change. Simple as. As of now, corporations make change instead. Perhaps, what’s transpiring proves a turning point, but I’m not willing to believe that yet.

How low do you have to be to criticise Alec? He’s funny, informative, and I love the presentation of his videos. One of the last remaining great YouTubers. Apparently, being a pedophile is more acceptable on YouTube than being a good person. Now, why did I leave again…
- Comment on Which is better: F-Zero or Super Mario Kart (SNES)? 3 months ago:
Super Mario Kart just doesn’t control well. F-ZERO is a well-designed racing game, even today. It’s the only retro racer I’ve ever played with gameplay that feels natural. The series only got better over time, on top of that.
Not to mention how well the game runs, and how it doesn’t display at a squished aspect ratio.
