He’s absolutely fine with that. If anything, he represents the other side of tech billionaires, the illuminated technocrat. He thinks he’s above the other social parts at a certain extent, so he’s fine with anti-democracy arguments as long as they support his view of the world, including the idea that he’s that saviour of us all, through technology, of course.

They completely disregard that, the recommendation system really has its own ways to do things you didn’t ask for in the first place. Also forums as big as reddit are not manageable without fine tuned mod tools. They do not have those. Never fully implemented.
- Comment on iPhone 15 overheating reports, with temperatures as high as 116F 1 year ago:
Realistically people uses all of them. There are formulas adjusted for each unit. In a practical context you use the unit that everybody uses around you. With notable exception, such as formulas that require kelvin or Celsius. But you’ll deal with them just fine.

You know if my phone suddenly reached 116 Celsius I’d have bigger problem that those.

Didn’t think about that, it’s like the frog in a pan example than…true

Or a game with some relatively large 3d model and textures. I guess that, if the average play time is about 45 minutes, then…not good at all. But who’d hold a triple digit temperature thing in his hands?

Also you could follow actual people like artists and niche hobby groups. It had a purpose. I mean, a passable one. Not anymore

hate X and Musk and left when the people they don’t like got to post again
that’s a huge generalization right there. You can’t tell what users whom you didn’t even know were doing, besides it’s their freedom to hop out of a platform if they please if you believe it is your freedom to read and trust that content.

Right, i didn’t explain myself well

I mean that it’s not always a viable investiment, based on the size and the type of farm and even the agricultural practices adopted. *horticultural products work fairly well with agrovoltaic farms *pastures also work rather well with such kind of solar panels *other coltures are not necessarily suited *precision agriculture and precision irrigation system are the future, in this case agrivoltaics may work well however, it is not garanteed that this transition is easy for various farms. Agribusiness corporation have the means to do that, for example.

I was always confused by that. I kept reading about soylent, with the image of soyjack (I hate the soyjack with passion) with these bottles. I always thought about the movie, I still do because that’s quite tough to watch. But now it was all about some brand of beverages? Confusing.

Nibiru, now that’s a name I hadn’t heard in a lot of time. Precisely since December 2012. What a trip.

The false belief that soy contains estrogen capable of making men less manly is one of the things that I read. It’s absolutely fake. Plants have their own chemical compounds, but they do not impact on human cells. Now you know why they keep shouting “soyboy”. Ironically, tue amount of ormones present in modern Red meat can instead impact on that. But they don’t know. So if you like your manliness you should avoid the excess of red meat, which they seem to love.

Depends. Climate, culture, even the size of the farms. Again, its not an investment that automatically pays off.

Another technique is covering canals with solar panels, with both advantages in terms of lower evaporation and higher efficiency due to the cooling effect of water on panels.

They use robotic equipment mixed with occasional human support. It’s possible but it’s a high tech farm, quite expensive and thus not open to every farmer. Tractors, even small ones, are quite huge for that kind of farming practice.
- Comment on Largest Farm to Grow Crops Under Solar Panels Proves To Be A Bumper Crop For Agrivoltaic Land Use 1 year ago:
Agrivoltaics isn’t the golden goose that you read here and there. There are limited sets of applications, and it requires the application of semi permanent structures which heavily impact on the logistics of field management and operations. Also, the efficiency of such plants isn’t as high as that of a pure solar farm, whilst potentially reducing the yields. Its a cool tech but not one that can save us.
- Comment on VR still makes 40-70% of players want to throw up, and that's a huge problem for the companies behind it 1 year ago:
minecraft gives me simulation sickness. Time 30 minutes and i’m done. The interesting part here is how it started doing it suddenly; i take a pause from videogames in general and now i’m even less used to full 3d. So hey, i can’t see myself using vr.

That’s not unique to fandom. Many websites do that shit. Reader mode all the way, i say

They should have gone the terraria way of handling a wiki before. Terraria has a functional wiki because it’s its own thing. I am not even sure the fandom websites is meant to be read given the amount of ads that litterally cover the whole page.
