- Comment on Without a hint of irony, Russia mocks US for 'miscalculating' Iran war 3 days ago:
Nothing ironic here; Russia planned for the consequences of their war while we thought we’d just roll the Iranians, just like we thought we’d roll the houthis.
- Comment on Without a hint of irony, Russia mocks US for 'miscalculating' Iran war 3 days ago:
Honestly a better place to point out the hypocrisy would be Ukraine complaining about being invaded after helping invade Iraq; they’d need to endure being pounded for twenty years before they could complain about being invaded.

Until Trump, Israel, and Europe are ready to have an honest conversation about the last two and a half years, it’s all in bad faith; Trump absolutely did not expect this outcome and the last thing Iran should do is give him and Israel a chance to plot a new course of action for a next time. If Iran gives them breathing room, they’ll prepare for a second (third) go but with contingencies for everything Iran did this time around.
What does victory look like for Iran? I personally have no idea, but absolute best case scenario which absolutely won’t happen: unconditional surrender of Israel and being put under control of Iran (obviously this won’t happen); other than that, Israeli and American politicians and military being put on trial for war crimes, this also won’t happen, it’s impossible; beyond that, an end to sanctions? This feels more plausible, but so long as Europe insists on being American vassals and having solidarity with Trump, this also isn’t going to happen but it’s not impossible. I genuinely have no idea what victory looks like for Iran, but everyone involved in this against Iran is acting in bad faith. There needs to be a formal recognition of the events of the last two and a half years before any dialogue with Iran can be done honestly.

These are International Powers who only recognize STRENGTH
The only reason we stopped messing with the DPRK was because they got nukes, the only reason we overthrew the Libyan government was because they didn’t, the only reason Iran is still and will continue to be under threat is because they don’t; China and Russia have proven themselves to be true to their word and good allies; we’ve betrayed our allies for decades and take pride in crushing them WHAT’RE YOU TALKING ABOUT

Nah, everyone was saying “it could be anyone after this” for the last seventy years of betrayal and people still trusted us. This is going to keep going until we’ve literally betrayed every country on the planet. Everyone thinks it’ll never be them.

Oof, I remember someone once sticking a piece of bread in my sandwich in an attempt to harm me
Thankfully someone had the antidote for bread and I was fine

Can’t I stab the mold to kill it and then eat it? If that worked for what’s in the sandwich then I fail to see why it wouldn’t work for the mold

In 30 years this will be a very well-studied period of human history and behavior.
Yeah like I’d take the opinion of idiots 30 years from now criticizing us when they’ll be believing empathy gives you cancer, or that retirement leads to violence; thirty years ago people were saying about us today that we’d be studying their failings and meanwhile we’re fighting off antivaxxers and people saying <insert ordinary medicine> gives you autism while we study those failings; thirty years from now those losers will be engaged in their own laughable failings, so they can get off their high horse cause they have their own laughable kooks.

Im going to ignore you sounding like a Nintendo rep and say that I think the poster assumes your account is locked to the console itself, which after I just checked (because that would be crazy if that was the case) is not the case but that console is considered a ‘primary console’ and that designation would have to be transferred to a different one in the event your current one breaks. I don’t think the OP knows this (and as I don’t own one myself, i didn’t initially either)

I was curious about if Jupiter could be ignited and got (it’s an AI answer btw):
Why Jupiter can’t ignite: Lack of Mass: Jupiter is a failed star because it doesn’t have enough mass for its core to reach the extreme temperatures and pressures needed to start nuclear fusion.
So Jupiter is the inferior brother to the sun that has to live in its shadow. Jupiter’s such a loser, lol; get rekt Jupiter.

The archeology book Im talking about was mentioning they were on a time limit because the farmer who owned the land wanted to tear down the over a thousand year old ruin (maybe even over two thousand) because he wanted the land’s use as farmland. They weren’t able to finish their study of the ruins and its artifacts despite working overtime because they hit their time limit and the farmer had the ancient ruins demolished. That’s just depressing.
