That’s not a .22lr round in the OP.
I’m not the only one that’s done it either, image searching .22lr fuse comes up with a lot of examples.

I seriously had a .22lr round in place of a fuse at my old house. It was a powderless reload but still a ridiculous fire hazard and I refused to replace it with an actual fuse until we got the fuse box replaced with breakers.
I thought the electrician would shit a brick but he just gave me a deadpan “do you know you’re using a bullet as a fuse?”
Big letdown.
