How are you gonna prevent recreating a Ai image pixel by pixel or just importing a Ai image/taking a photo of one.

That simply won’t work, since you could just use a tool to recreate a Ai image 1:1.

In industrial 3D printing you can easily get this amount of transparency with clearcoat. You can send your model to them and they print and ship it to you for quite cheap.
