Not necessarily
You could twist the rules.
Instead of hearing “hit” you get handed the shot you just hit

There is a difference between “this law is stupid, we should get rid of it” and “this law is stupid. Therefore, I will just ignore this”
Would I be happy if I could travel to other countries with a few spliffs in my purse? Absolutely!
But I still check every single pocket thrice before I leave the country.

How you could somewhat rebase manually (to understand the effect; or because you like to handle the merge conflicts more granular or be more selective):
We assume we have the branch “Feat” which was started on an old version of “Main”, and now want to rebase it:
- Rename “Feat” to “Old” (does not happen during rebase, but we kinda need it for this demonstration)
- Create “Feat” at the newest (or wherever you want) commit of "Main"
- Cherrypick all commits from “Old” into “Feat”
Et viola - you kinda manually rebased “Feat” on “Main”

There are four types of people:
- "S.Q.L."
- Sequel
- Squirrel (seriously, I met 3 unrelated people saying squirrel. Why?!)
- Who cares? You should use [another tool] anyway

Well, it’s not like a significant part of the world is already working with “unlimited” sick days.
It’s not really unlimited, anyway. You will need doctors notices (ofter after a few days), after a while some attestation from certain state doctors, after a while the money will be paid by your health insurance, after a while you will loose your job.
Not to mention that you forfeit chances for promotions and raises.
Taking enormous amounts of sick days won’t be without consequences. Especially not if unjustified.
The difference is that I don’t have a sickness budget.
If I’m sick, i’m sick.
If I’m suspiciously often sick, my employer will talk to me.

And it can also burn people.
Someone tried to convince me to lemmy in 2022. And until the Reddit-thing this single message was the whole reason I didn’t even thought about joining lemmy. It was weird to me back then.

I mean, the answer is actually yes, but I don’t understand how you come up with the question

- Comment on Why does it seem like women are more wont to make noise in sexual situations while men don't? 1 year ago:
The problem is more that cumming is the goal for many guys.
I may won’t last long when penetrating, but we still have fun for hours before and after it.
And I think that’s a point about how to approach sex, not about sexual identity

- Comment on Would you like to turn off tips? 1 year ago:
I know that’s not what this comment section is meant for, but here we go:
I was kinda addicted (wrong word; but I don’t know a better one) to q-tips to the point I had (and still have) occasionally infections in my ears.
Many doctors just gave me antibiotic eardrops, which didn’t help for longer than a few weeks.
Finally one doctor gave me an ear-spray; based on vinegar, alcohol and eucalyptus (iirc) that I now use after every shower/bath and it worked wonders as I somehow almost never felt the need to use a q-tip again.
So if you do way too much q-tips, maybe ask your doctor if he kan recommend one to you.

Paper to the. Or on top of the flush thingy. Or on a window board. Maybe on a cabinet.
But why does in front of the toilet feel so wrong?

And (afaik) with the executors mental health in mind as well.
e.g. if you just crush a head with a stone you will know you did it.
If two others and you have to push a button you can tell yourself that it’s more probable you didn’t kill somebody than that you did.

Depends on your region and use-cases.
As fellow german I luckily have an answer for smaller projects, where my non-techy mother-in-law hosts her own business wordpress since years without any issues. It’s just a simple webhoster with ssh-login.
Best thing: it’s pay-what-you-want. My first projects were 1€/mo because i was broke; nowadays I voluntary pay a bit more.
