Supposedly the top edge of your monitor should be just above your forehead so you don’t hurt your neck looking upward/downward.

They bricked 2 of my pro APs with a bad update. Said fuck you after that and decided I’m done with them. I’m still looking for an alternative to the edge router x.

I believe Win + D will do the same as that missing button.

Everything eventually gets hacked and spoofed. Fake the signal and one would know you died.
- Comment on Why do video cards get slow when there's an available update? 7 months ago:
Sometimes updates are partially installed before you see the notification. That breaks functionality sometimes because they’re trying to make the updates go faster with less down time. It’s really annoying.

They finally figured out how to reverse engineer the hardware that generates our simulated universe. We are able to use the “creators” compute cycles. We have “infinite” storage because we cannot comprehend the size of the universe still. Time travel is possible because we are all living in the same compute space. We brought back the uplink tech to see how it affects the simulated future because we are bored. There is no enjoyment to living any more since since everyone has cheat codes and play in creative mode.

- Comment on Apple fans are starting to return their Vision Pros 8 months ago:
I don’t mind any of the companies when they have tech that does a job really well. Sadly it seems that they all have this collective idea that anything they’ve done well is not worth maintaining at some point. I’m neither a Linux, windows, or Mac fan. And each have their strengths. You just pick the poison while it’s available to fill a need.
- Comment on Apple fans are starting to return their Vision Pros 9 months ago:
Aren’t they removing the AR they built into the OS? I swear I read recently that they gave up on their customers that bought their headset so people that have it are forced to stay on an old version of windows just to use them.
- Comment on How do conspiracy theorists get all of their coveted secret government information if it's meant to be hidden and the government would never hand it over? 9 months ago:
I would imagine that to hide the truth that leaked they would feed nonsense on purpose so they can either find a leak and/or fill the world with so much false data that the truth is harder to find. I’m sure there is some truth in the middle of all this.

- Comment on How do I breathe quietly through my nose? 10 months ago:
Some folk like my spouse would randomly take a huge gasping breath. She was, and is, always forgetting to breathe. Since she has started learning to belly breathe and it is starting to become more autonomic her gasps have reduced. That being said she still forgets to breathe.

I don’t know how much patience you have for long term efforts. I have done this for other issues. Meditate on it. Spend initially 5 minutes a day and then lengthen and increase frequency to something like 10-20 minutes 2-3x a day. Figure out what works for you.
Recreate the situations and scenarios where you get triggered. And be in the situation. Stew in it. Notice more and more how you react. What is happening before your reaction? What is happening in the space between each reaction. You most likely will not find out the solution while in meditation. But the meditation will ingrain the ability to slow your processes down. So when you’re back in the situation you will start noticing the issues that are making you lose it.
Once armed with that knowledge you’ll either find new coping mechanisms or you’ll have better information for a mental health professional to help you see those new coping mechanisms.
Rinse and repeat.

- Comment on Some people are really good at concentrating their attention. (when writing software, playing games, reading etc). It's a superpower. What are other attention superpowers? 11 months ago:
I think you’re doing what I found I was doing a little while ago. Concentration is the ability to bring yourself back to what you ultimately want to do. Absorption is the exclusion of all else. I think you want absorption and your concentration is likely fantastic. Most people concentrate really well and don’t realize it.
