  The stable coins are basically tokens in blockchains, for example in Ethereum there’s USDT as a token and now this one from PayPal. They work in a decentralized way but there’s a centralized entity guaranteeing that its value is pegged to the dollar.

  True. And if you want to get out it’s easier to get out than even Google stuff. I’ve already done that before and came back to it because I switched to iPhone again.

  I only use my personal domain for emails because it’s easy to move from services to another. Right now I’m using iCloud services, but I could easily switch to Proton Mail or any other provider that allows custom domains.
