I don’t think government will let the company fold. The stock will go up not in the short term but over 10-15 years it will surely fly.
Having said than enron is still in the back of the mind.

That is the reason why they r pushing for a subscription. If everyone who wants a mouse have a mouse how will the poor company earn money. How will the billionaire buy another yacht.

- Comment on Prospect of low-priced Chinese EVs reaching US from Mexico poses threat to automakers 4 months ago:
You can have well regulated competition or boot legged death traps. Not both. Instead of tariffs make them regulated, with strong safety rules and need for a network. It might just give you cheap, well built EVs. They might target small city cars with 200 miles range instead of humongous SUVs that everyone is running after.
- Comment on "PSN isn't supported in my country. What do I do?" Arrowhead CEO: "I don't know" 6 months ago:
Sony responsible for selling the game where there is no PSN and arrowhead’s responsible for making it optional when they knew it was a requirement for 6 months before the launch. They made it optional so that people would play it making refunds difficult. It also seems they were aware that if it would have been compulsory from beginning people wouldn’t have played it or bought.
- Comment on "PSN isn't supported in my country. What do I do?" Arrowhead CEO: "I don't know" 6 months ago:
Why would they knowingly sell a game in 20 countries that would just refund it 10 minutes after first launching it?
Simple answer greed. Sony is the most greedy and bullshit company ever. Proprietary ports, storage media, software. Never following open standards. They know of all the people they have screwed over won’t ask for refund. Even if a big chunk do ask majority of thise demands will be rejected. All companies are willing to take that small a risk.

Vertebral subluxation is a real thing n depending on the level, can lead to paralysis, complete or partial or death. It is not oogy boogy.
After road accident, chiropractic manipulation might be the biggest reason for it.

- You needn’t use a PC.
- Comment on Why do people say that "return to office" is about raising commercial real estate prices? 1 year ago:
Didn’t help even when I had the front office open and populated with a receptionist. The overall look of the office without lights gives a rundown look.
If I am wasting money on power and other utilities I might as well use it.
For a sign people have to read it. Public would rather assume than read 3 words.
- Comment on Why do people say that "return to office" is about raising commercial real estate prices? 1 year ago:
There are taxes, utilities which have to be paid just because one owns the property. Commercial taxes are many times 2-10 times more than residential.
Those who have bought it would rather use it bcoz no one is buying it.
Rental agreements are usually multi-year contracts with increasing rent. Breaking contracts are costlier than calling people back to the office.
