Sadly it can’t work that way. From a programming perspective alone they are very different engines.
Unity uses C# while Unreal is C++.
- Comment on What is your gaming "comfort food" and why? 1 year ago:
Was thinking about this earlier today, but lately I’ve gotten burnt out on Final Fantasy XVI whether that be due to the tone, design or combat I am not too sure. Had a slow weekend for once and decided to pop in Atelier Ryza 2 as I recently picked up Ryza 3 due to it having a small print run. Spent most of the day playing it off and on, but the brighter and more positive tone was a boon compared to the drudgery of FFXVI.
Atelier isn’t always my comfort food, but that was a nice change. That distinction would have to either go to rhythm games or to stuff like Trackmania or Minecraft where you can “shut off your brain” and just play. TM has a certain “flow” to the tracks that isn’t like anything else out there and Minecraft just throws you into the world and lets you go. (Albeit on Peaceful.)

There is also the recent news about how millions of US Military emails (.mil) were sent to Malia instead (.ml).

Currently trying to get through FFXVI, but there are times it feels like a slog. Am in the midst of one if these low points right now.
As for what I’ll be playing, my StepmaniaX compact machine shows up tomorrow, so I’ll have that to assemble and play.

I’ve got some people locally who’ll do it for $70-90, at least for the PS1Digital I got installed. To me, it is worth it as I don’t have to worry about killing another console. (Tried to do the PSIO ODE mod a few times and it kept on frying consoles.)

Considering they’re basically doing that with their Chromebox line, it is not that big of a surprise.

Same with the OSSC/RT5x. Nice thing about those devices is that they work on far more than just the PS1/PS2.
Granted, you’d have to get SCART cables for most of them or find good component ones but once you’ve done that its jyst a matter of hooking it up.
The digital mods do take a bit of work, but you can often find installers who’ll do it for a small price.

Sadly you’ll have to completely overhaul this on Friday as the [PSXDigital will be showcased(www.pixelfx.co) and available for purchase. (It’ll give direct digital output from both the PS1 and PS2, albeit with some hardmodding.)
This is from the same guys who made the PS1Digital and also the DCDigital (aka DCHDMI).
You also didn’t mention devices such as the OSSC or the RetroTink5x either, which will digitize analog video/audio and upscale them with only 1-2 scanlines of lag. (1/240-1/120th of a frame)
