I find that I have to do that now, because it seems the internet has been geared towards people that think you have to ask the computer a question instead of searching for key words like how it used to work.
I mean, this is what we see/read in sci-fi series and movies at least since the 60’s.

- Comment on Which is the best Lemmy app for mobile? 1 month ago:
My choice is Connect for Lemmy. (on Android)
Tried out a few; Voyager, Sync (for Reddit, it was the best), Jeroba and god knows what else, but Connect was the one that actually felt right.
it’s a nice little Flutter app. it feels native (sort of) to Android. The other apps were strange to me, cause they have more of iOS UI or else, or they arw PWAs or else…
The reason why I don’t use Sync is because it had strange bugs and was limited a while ago (compared to Sync for Reddit, also my purchase of it obviously lost), also has ads n shit, which is fine, understandable, if the dev would like to earn money with it, it’s a cool and complex app, it worth the money.

okay, so this means the word ‘home’ is actually special accross languages 😆.
and not neccessairly the home as homeland like haza in hungarian ('cause that’s not even a noun (tho it is somewhat equivalent with home)), home like… your home.

In Hungarian it’s the same with “home” in particular. You say “I’m home.”. In Hungarian, I too say the exact same thing: “Otthon vagyok” (I’m home).
Your other two example works the same, you won’t say in Hungarian “I’m school” (Iskola vagyok (it means I am literally a school)). But you say “IskoláBAN vagyok” (I’m at school) or “PostÁN vagyok” (I’m at the post office. Notice the suffix in this case is completely different, but that’s another story of Hungarian)

as much I like the genre, but most single player 3D action/adventure platformer games that are based around a story OR fully arcade-y.
both aspect looses their point if you 100% the game.

I kinda liked Windows Messenger/MSN/Windows Live Messenger with all its quirks.
Sadly, Facebook killed it and for some reason, they thought it would be nice to kill it off in favor of Skype, which never worked as intended and was a really heavy boy to run.

- Comment on N3DS - how much of a problem is this crack? 5 months ago:
3DSs have their interconnect ribbons in the right hinge, the left one is ‘just’ the mechanics.
Also, the shell is pretty sturdy. But nevertheless, you really should replsce it, but probably enough just the inner shell of your screen to replace.
Now the sad part is that IIRC for that, you still have to disassemble the whole unit - including removing the ribbons in the hinge then reinserting them. This sucks major ass, it’s really-really hsrd and tricky to do, and there’s a relatively great chance you bork some of them (camera, screen or speaker/vol/3d controls).
It’s not impossible, tho.

same story, I have a 13 year old laptop that was a fucking beast back then, and to be honest, with 16B RAM and SSD it still is.
Now I guess according to Microsoft, it’s no better than a banana peel in the garbage can.
