Eh, this is like “how to lie with data 101”. You want YOY growth, not cumulative since 1970. All this says is we had very few, if any, managers in 1970. Also, we need that green line to move more

LG or Samsung, but the model matters too. If you’re on a budget, there are some solid TCL options

- Comment on Why does Apple hire ex-IFD cyber folks, how is that good for their image and the rumors about Israeli involvement or hacking and all the Israeli hacking stuff like Pegasus? 1 month ago:
Presumably because every tech company hires people who have government cyber experience from any country. Why would one specific company ban anyone who was employed by one specific country?

- Comment on Do movie actors or actress keep the skills they learned? Like no one would screw with Keanu after seeing all the John Wick films? And if they did would they just be fucked from the start? 2 months ago:
Ohhh now the whole Rust controversy makes sense. I always thought it was weird that they got upset about 1 person dying when hundreds died for the John Wick movies

Most local politicians I know don’t get paid (school board, commissioners, etc) or they get paid very little for the time they put in.
If you count up all the expected folks in the USA, less than 1% are what you think of as “politicians.” They are mostly just people you see at the grocery store

Like you said, it’s not new information that Tik Tok hides posts on certain topics and promotes posts on other topics though, so it isn’t surprising either way. I’ll add that they do it with more than just pro-China content
