Unable to open options in files app

Seems the files app no longer works properly on my hub. When clicking the three dots or the padlock next to a file, nothing happens. Which means I can't get the attachment link or edit the access permissions for the attachment.

Anybody else seeing the same?

Could there be a problem with the hub (hub.volse.no)?

No, there are no problems on either hub (11.4.1 – 1265 with Redbasic). The File menu opens for both files and directories.

    my other hub on 11.4.1 is also not having any issues in file module, menu is working
