Lots of discussion on my timeline today about various eReaders. So glad we have choices today. I use my iPhone for reading, and sometimes a Braille display, but usually an text-to-speech app on my iPhone. I have no earthly idea how many books I've read on this phone, in the past five years, but in the high hundreds. Since I started using my phone for all tech tasks, the number of books I am able to read per year has gone up. I can never have or read enough books. 📚

@ReadingTheDots @bookstodon There is never such a thing as too many books in my opinion. Audio or text. I just want people to read, and do it happily. No matter the format.
@bookstodon @NightDrake I'm glad we also have choices, or at least more choices, as to format. I only wish National Library Services in the US would recognize that not every blind person can use audio books easily or well, so DeafBlind folks go almost unnoticed there. Braille offerings at just pitiful 😔
