A picture of a 3D printed router guide
My router (makita) was supplied with a copying guide but the opening was too small.
I’ve look online but I could not managed to find the right size so I did what any sane person would do: print one

I use my 3d printer sooo often to print templates for the router. A handheld router and a 3d printer are a combination made in heaven, I love it so much!
What was your project?
I’ve made a dino shaped kitchen helper tower for my two kids.
I’ve made a big 3D printed template for it and I still need to print the eyes and spine. It’s a woodworking project full of 3D printing !
Pics! Also know.nothing about routers…could you explain what this piece you 3dpd is for?

It’s absolutely the perfect application of 3D printing. Low stress, simple parts that are often consumable but do require some degree of accuracy. Good work.
