    There’s no porting of files from Oblivion to Skyrim. Everything is made/remade from scratch. Plus they’re taking one Bethesda game and bringing it into another Bethesda game. And Bethesda already had 1.5 years to sell the official remaster, so this can’t really hurt sales. And trying to C&D a community prohect they’ve been aware of the entire time would kill any goodwill the communuty has for them.

    So no, it’s highly unlikely to get a C&S. Bethesda isn’t Nintendo
