Mastodon users who have autism, which books would you recommend reading to people who are neurotypical or allistic and who would like to learn more about this topic?
It can be fiction or nonfiction.
I’m especially interested in books written by folks who are women or members of another minority group as well, but all suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you. 💜
@lydiaschoch @bookstodon My dad found my copy of Strong Female Character by Fern Brady useful in helping him understand more about my ASD. 🤔
@benjamincox @bookstodon thank you. Adding it to my list.
@benjamincox @lydiaschoch @bookstodon +1 to this recommendation, it is a really excellent book.
