I don’t think this meme is implying that Ea-Nasir is associated with horniness. The picture is Imhotep from The Mummy. The historical Imhotep was, like Ea-Nasir, an architect, writer, etc, but because his name is used as the villain in The Mummy films and his motivation is resurrecting his love, he is also associated with horniness and not shitty copper.
