  Alternative title: People are stealing writers names to get their propaganda published. It is possible the propaganda was made by AI.

    Both Euronews and The Sunday Times used specialist software to check whether the two articles had been written by a human being and both failed the test.

    If you’re rewriting titles to be wordier, it’s important to make it more accurate. You could say it’s “probably” fake news, but “possibly” implies it’s not.

    I don’t look forward to the day that generative propaganda is used in spreading misinformation about local politicians and elections.
