    Probably super-fundamentalist christians. Jack the Ripper attacked prostitutes, after all.

    as a side note, an antihero is a person whose not a good person but does good things, usually for greedy or selfish motives, but also sometimes becasue, well. they’re not that bad.

    Killdozer (marvin heeymeyer) is an antihero, for example.

      Patrick Brower, a reporter who had covered Heemeyer’s numerous disputes for years and who was nearly killed during the attack, has reported receiving threatening and insulting comments as a result of pushing back against the narrative portraying Heemeyer as a hero and martyr.

      What part of that is good?

      I’m seriously baffled by the hero worship for this obviously ego driven person that snapped and simply lashed out.
