  So far I haven’t seen anyone comment on the argument that he clearly didn’t destroy anything. He provided a code to other people who entered it and destroyed the system. It’s a technicality, but this happened in America and God are they big on technicalities

  Isn’t that the exact point of the feature? The police are getting upset that people used a feature of an OS for its intended purpose??
