These were near the sprouting Mycelium on the oak stump. It looks like little pieces of fuzz, but they were only in this area and only a one or two had a pinkish underbody. Most were completely white. They were small, too. A little bigger than a pea, I’d say.
Wow! What kind of oak do these grow on? We don't really have oak near where I live but I don't remember seeing anything like this when I have been near oak.
