Who needs kids when the adults can be bouncing off the walls with enough coffee?

We can make more kids with all this energy.
WarmSoda@lemm.ee 1 year ago
Exactly. Kids are a renewable resource.
It’s not a generational ship anyways.

So if Star Trek and Star Wars were in the same universe would Anakin Skywalker approve of this message or be inspired by it?

It was a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, so there’s absolutely no reason they couldn’t be in the same universe.

Sure they could, one of them was just far away from us in space-time.

Janeway, always making the tough calls.

The “Warlord Janeway” trial episode subtly snowballed for decades afterward, I think.

Janeway’s coffee machine is a 500 year old coffee maker. It has a legacy. It is as essential to Voyager as any member of the crew.
It’s more than just a machine, it’s a symbol of tradition, continuity, and the comforts of home – values the craft depends on to keep the endearing spirit of the crew on track.
But most importantly, if Janeway doesn’t get her coffee, she’s going to end up killing something.

If the coffee machine goes down Janeway will lose her coffee AND the kids in the nursery will die

Tuvix just HAD to be created the week the coffee machine was broken!

More to the point, killing something onboard.

She’ll settle for killing some Malons but that will only satisfy her until after lunch.
