  Seriously though, if you are bothered by the way an instance is run, you can just go to any other one? Or, and this is important, run your own. That’s the federated idea, after all.

  No decent alternatives, I’m sorry. You need to get help getting reddit out of your head, then you might be able to find, or build, the alternative you’re looking for.

  It varies from instance to instace being honest.

  I’m from Chile 🇨🇱 so i use feddit.cl

  But i get that most US users do feel that Lemmy has become “just the new Reddit”.

  Best advice i can give is just that look for whatever you like and block all the things that you dislike until your experience improves.
