I did expect a bit more ragebait in the article but its just common sense guidance, the police aint gonna be visiting if your child gets hold of your phone.

My child psych professor was adamant about this damn near fifteen years ago, it’s pretty well established that there is basically no amount of screen time that doesn’t make kids worse off.
