    A large part of my bill is the standing charge. In past it seems that if there are lower rates then the standing charge increases. As more people have solar and batteries at home, the big risk is that the standing charge inflates to become the bulk of the cost. Bit like free calls on your phone plan are really paid for by the monthly flat fee.

    Very misleading. This is the domestic market offer prices, which are the very maximum any company is allowed to charge for power. No one should be on the DMO prices.

    Power prices are expected to continue to rise according to our own government and the AEMO.
