  I think you should talk to the people closest to you about your concerns and be open to the idea that you may be experiencing a delusion.

  Seriously think about possible was the disprove your beliefs both on your own and with other humans. Do not isolate yourself and do not use generative AI. Please talk to some real people in a room that are physically with you.

  Right now, and for the last 10 years or so, seems like Russia is in control of much of the political narrative. Since the internet unified the world, I definitely feel more of the Russian influence than before.
