    No penalty short of conviction in a court of law will suffice. The establishment has to decide if law and courts are a thing or not.

    So he was renting a beautiful house big enough for a large family, with private gardens and total privacy, in one of the most expensive postcodes in the country, all for less than I pay in rent for a one-bedroom flat in a Northern market town.
