Just admit that you wasted money on leasing bricks and wood already. Poor business decision should be met with admittance of failure, not forcing people to do your bidding to save face.

I don’t care about the productivity of WFH vs Office work. All I care about is that the quality of life of not having to deal with traffic twice a day, totalling 2h of wasted time on good days, is amazing.
