  This is a stupid sentiment. Starmer isn’t just Starmer. He comes with a whole faction of Starmer loyalists that needs removing as well. At which point you might as well setup a proper left party. Or fold the remaining MPs in the Labour Party into the Greens.

    Polanski stated — in no uncertain terms — that he is unwilling to work alongside Keir Starmer or his other Labour-right cronies. However, if the party took on more left-wing leadership, the Greens would be open to an electoral alliance.

    That’s basically what he said.

      Well exactly. Which is obviously not realistic to say “get rid of your leader plus 70% or more of your party”. So he might as well just recruit the remaining Left leaning MPs into the Greens. In other words there will be no electoral pact in reality because the conditions are absurd.

      Same with any party (lots of infighting amongst the conservatives during Johnson’s rein), but the media overreport on the failings of the left, embarassing as they may be
