Mehhh, this is when things like electroc hotwater systems should be switched on with smart meters, V2G enabled eCars charge etc
Some of mainland Australia is gettibg 3 hoirs if free electricity a day soon because of this, that will encourage folks who can time shift to do so eg running washing machines on a timer, charge their ecars etc.
