It’s baffling how people in the US accept and even adopt the language of NDAs being trade secrets. They aren’t. It’s a weapon to make it harder for people to leave.

I initially though that, but then read your comment and thought it was about someone leaving a job being a creator on YouTube, not leaving a job at the company YouTube.
Also, I’m not sure why you say YouTube is a right wing hellhole. Most of the creators I watch aren’t political at all, and creators like Some More News are on there, and great.
