Four episodes per month is a lot of work.

Is it supposed to become a paid gig eventually?

Does the company make any money? Like are you advertising or accepting paid subscriptions, or getting funding of any kind?

up to 4 could be 1 to be honest. It’s volunteer and this is a non entity. Therefore the responsibility falls on the person that’s running the podcast to work within the framework and treat people fairly. There could be a rotation of hosts too as well. So this would limit burnout
Hiring implies employment and thus payment. Volunteering implies the opposite. Which is it?
I meant seeking not hiring this is strictly volunteer my mistake

Sooo… you’re looking for volunteers to join your discord … no website to learn more … and get involved with … who, where, what, why completely unknown … to ‘collaborate remotely’ to ‘foster critical thinking’ … that’s all a very vague come-on inviting complete strangers to cooperate with you … an completely unknown organization, no mention of your qualifications, no mention of who’s paying for this or why … that is NOT SO TEMPTING

I agree with all of what your saying, but how is having a podcast not free? All you need is a way to record audio and somewhere to host it. Basically everyone has a phone, and YouTube and other places are readily available. You don’t need a shure microphone to spread your ideas.
Other than that, I fully agree, this is a very odd post by OP.
