  In the plus side, higher beef prices will do more for climate change than any amount of hectoring and moral argument.

  Beef should be way more expensive than it has been. It’s a luxury, not a staple.

  Even the mark down (reduced for quick sale) prices are stupid. I’ve spent more on pork in the last few months than all of last year.
